    Karkan business name is registered

  • 1999

    Operations begin at Princess Park Flats along Ngong Road

  • 1999

    The practice clinches the first major consultancy for Chaka Place in Kilimani.

  • 2000

    Mr. Kennedy Boimdo joins the practice as the 2nd partner.

  • 2004

    Mr. Nicholas Gitau joins the firm as the 3rd partner

  • 2005

    Karkan changes status to a limited liability company - LTD

  • 2008

    The Company changes location to present office along Muringa/Kirichwa Rd Junction and also enters into a strategic partnership with Buildcost Associates of Uganda.

  • 2009

    Karkan is appointed Quantity Surveryor for a major mixed use development on Kiambu Road, the Fourways Junction. Estimated project cost 3B Ksh.

  • 2010

    karkan appointed to do Lavington Mall. Estimated project cost 1B Ksh.

  • 2011

    Karkan diversifies into Project Management services.
